Presented in March 2011, the mens replica Eberhard & Co Chrono 4 Geant Edition Limitee Titane (ref. 37061) automatic chronograph watch is a minor update to the last year’s Eberhard & Co. Chrono4 BADBOY model.
Besides the usual 30-minute and 12 hour chronograph counters and a small subsidiary seconds indicator, there is also a 24-hour GMT indicator that tells you time in a second time zone. Unlike the usual bi- or tri-compax layout, this variety eats up a lot of horizontal space on the dial: you pay for the fancy linear layout either with small size of the sub-dials or with an increased main dial opening. Well, sometimes you do both.
As the rest of the Chrono 4 series, the new Geant Edition Limitee features the signature dial layout with four small sub-dials stretching in line in the lower part of the dial.
To make the sub-dials even barely legible, the Swiss watchmaker had to increase the diameter of the main dial and, hence, the size of the case.
Measuring whole 46.00 mm in diameter and 14.10 mm in height, the cool fake Eberhard & Co watch bears a sense of heavyweight presence that suits the sporty watch, which is supposed to be massive. Of course, the device isn’t as massive as a stainless steel variety would be: the titanium alloy, however prone to scratches it is, also makes the device feel very easy on your hand.
I am sure that Eberhard will always be willing to sell you a beautiful strap of their own, but something tells me that you would like to have a more comprehensive list of options.
The whole setup is powered by the Caliber EB. 250 automatic movement, which is based on the well-known ETA 2894 ebauche.
Still, the long pair of horns makes this huge timepiece look even bigger even on a relatively thick wrist. Another problem with them is that they feature not very common “trident” design, which makes a task of finding a replacement strap or a new bracelet (a task that is not easy even when it comes to standard layouts) even less rewarding. Of course, you won’t be able to put a NATO textile strap on it.
Like all chronograph that are based on this well-known blank caliber, they simply put an add-on chronograph module atop of it essentially getting a very unusual-looking mechanism on the cheap. The only problem with this sort of design is that fixing the mechanism after the warranty is expired will be an uneasy task, which will undoubtedly affect the timekeeper’s resale value.
Given the brand’s relative obscurity, you will certainly lose more money trying to flip this one than in case with a more established brand like Omega or IWC.

Its extreme design, too, seriously decreases the number of possible bidders, although those who will bid, will go a longer distance trying to lay their hands on this rugged beauty just because of the unusual dial layout, which is quite difficult to come by, especially when it comes to Swiss made Eberhard & Co replica watches.
